The FBI has quietly opened an investigation into a group of Democrats after they posted a video telling U.S. troops they have a duty to refuse illegal orders.
The lawmakers including Elissa Slotkin of Michigan and Mark Kelly of Arizona say the video simply re-affirmed Constitutional law.
Still, the Pentagon is separately weighing whether to recall Kelly to active duty and court-martial him.
