My strange Independence Day celebration should be a tradition 🇺🇸

Friend,

Today, millions will wave flags, watch fireworks, and eat way too many hot dogs.

But let’s be real—most people will miss the reason we celebrate at all.

It’s not just about red, white, and blue.
It’s not about parties or parades.

🇺🇸 It’s about a radical idea that flipped the world upside down:

Our rights come from God—not government.
And no king, tyrant, or bureaucrat has the authority to take them away.

The men who signed the Declaration knew it.
They pledged their lives, their fortunes, and their sacred honor for it.

So if you really want to celebrate freedom today here’s an idea or two..

WATCH THIS

Read the Declaration out loud.
Shake a veteran’s hand.
Post a story of American greatness.

Let’s live like liberty actually means something.

My name’s Richard. I’m 74. I sometimes think our generation is the bridge between two worlds — one made of dirt roads and handwritten letters, the other made of satellites and screens in our pockets.
