Stabbing spree leaves 4 dead, suspect in custody

The victims include a 15-year-old girl, a 63-year-old woman, a 49-year-old man and a 22-year-old man, police said

The headline is simple: eat real food and cut back hard on ultra-processed foods and added sugar.
The update also bumps up protein targets, keeps the message focused on whole foods like vegetables, fruit, dairy, and whole grains, and it drops the old “1 drink for women, 2 for men” alcohol rule in favor of a looser “drink less” message.

2,000 federal agents begin deployment to Minneapolis.

CBS News reports DHS is rotating up to 2,000 personnel into the Twin Cities for a 30-day surge, combining ICE deportation officers with Homeland Security Investigations agents as they target people with deportation orders and expand fraud probes tied to federally funded programs. The deployment is already sparking political blowback from Minnesota leaders and fresh tension in immigrant neighborhoods, and DHS also accused a Hilton-branded hotel in the area of canceling rooms booked by ICE agents as the surge began.
