RNC weighs in on MIGOP dispute
The RNC has weighed in.
In a letter sent to both Kristina Karamo who continues to assert that she remains the chair of the MIGOP and former Ambassador Pete Hoekstra, who says he’s the new chair, lawyers for the RNC state they believe Karamo was “removed properly.”
Next week the RNC meets for their winter meeting in Nevada. But according to the letter, they won’t seat either Karamo or Hoekstra.
Instead, they’ll welcome them as guests at next week’s meeting and plan to further review recent events.
Meanwhile, a lawsuit has been filed.
Whether this matter gets decided by the RNC or the courts, it will undoubtedly still leave many in the party feeling left out in the cold during a time when their engagement and participation is needed most.
2024 may certainly be the most critical election in my lifetime.
The best solution would be one that comes from within.
Can both sides come together to hash this out internally?
What does that solution look like?
One thing is certain. And this is an understatement.
The stakes are high.
Pray for our nation. Pray for Michigan.
