A wild night in Ashland ends with… a raccoon?
Police found a burglary suspect passed out in the bathroom after it broke into the local ABC Store and sampled the booze.
Not the criminal of the year… just a very drunk, very curious trash panda.
Just happened yesterday afternoon.
The Michigan court of appeals VACATED the ruling of the trial court judge in Muskegon in the Ottawa County lawsuit filed by current health dept director.
They are in the process of removing her and appointing a new director.
This is all tied to the abuse of power during the COVID years.
The court agreed to hear Ottawa County’s case immediately, which is quite rare. They’ve moved it to the front of the line.
They also made it clear the board of commissioners can fire the health officer pursuant to state law.
We’ll get tue latest with Board Chair, Joe Moss, this morning at 9:15.
It’s BIG news.. and very good news at that.
Stay tuned..
